About Grace

Alex Georgianna brings decades of experience in deal execution and deal advisory in the automotive, real estate,  infrastructure and electric vehicle sectors.

Since leaving his directorship at Steer, where he founded their practice in the development and funding of EV charging, Alex has created Grace to focus on the development of funding structures that provide investors with risk-mitigated access to the growth opportunity of EV charging.

Alex's background includes substantial background with Avis Budget Group and its predecessor Cendant Corporation where he led:

• Avis' acquisition of PHH Leasing and Wright Express, two of the world's largest vehicle leasing firm and fleet management concerns,
• The subsequent divestiture of European operations to BNP Paribas to form Arval Leasing,
• The sale of Avis Rent a Car to its principal shareholder Cendant Corporation,
• Cedant's consolidation of the global daily rental sector in Avis' acquisition of Budget Rent a Car and integration of world-wide operations and 
• The turnaround of Budget's ailing Ryder Truck Rental concern.
